Guangzhou Textile Industry Union Import & Export Corporation (GUTEX) was established in 1985. Since then, we have integrated manufacture, trade, technology, as well as import and export to develop business opportunities in international markets.

In the past, we invested several joint ventures, such as Guangzhou Coats Thread Corporation. Besides, we have set up wholly-owned subsidiaries in Hong Kong, the United States, and Russia, and have built up a trading network covering about 70 countries/areas such as Hong Kong, the EU, the United States, Japan, and Russia. GUTEX has an annual import and export volume of 200 million USD, ranking among China's top 500 largest importers and exporters many years. And we attained ISO9001 quality system certification in March 2003.
